 Received a Chinese version phone
The phone I received was a Motorola phone but in a Chinese format. The manuals were in Chinese, the phone powered up and spoke in Chinese and the screen and commands were all in Chinese. I am in the United States. Who in their right mind would sell a Chinese product like this in the U.S. I have asked for a return authorization and exchange for a U.S. version. If they do not have one I will ask for a refund.

I have not received my item, even AFTER THE last day of shipment, AND i have not been refunded
Unacceptable / Dissatisfaction
I've sent MANY responses in additional the return of the wrong phone asking for a refund. I was told to contact amazon if the refund was not done after 5 business days. I've done EXACTLY everything and to NO AVAIL have not received a refund/credit. I feel as though NO ONE is responding to the customer. Please contact me at 979-238-4004.
