 Full & New Moon Phases
Bought two of these clocks from the gold box. Have had no problems with radio signals, a surprise, as I live near the ocean. My only complaint is that the full moon shows black and the new moon white. This is backwards according to my newspaper and the NY Times.
What a great bargan I got
I grabbed this when it was on sale and what a great deal I got. The numbers are large and easy to read during the day. Of course at night you can't see them at all. It does update properly and give pretty accurate temperatures for inside and out, depending on where you place the outside sensor. I have it on a tall dresser and not hanging... it's really meant to hang and doesn't really sit well on the dresser. The way it's designed causes it to lean back really far and sort of point up, making it hard for me to see well. But if it were on a lower table or dresser, it might actually be great to see, if you were standing above it, it would be pointed right at you. The wood looking stuff on the sides is kind of cheap looking and feeling and just for decoration, plays no part in the actual clock. I would like it better without the wood sides, I think it actually cheapens it. But I like the really large numbers, wish it had a back light at night though. I guess that's a problem with a battery style clock. Still, I would recommend it as is does do what it's advertised to do and well.

Good product, performed as described. Excellent value for money. Works at about 30 ft from the monitor.
